Our Founder
Gu Legal PLLC was founded by Shuoqiu (“Will”) Gu to provide practical, responsive and reliable legal support for businesses and immigrants.
Admitted to the New York Bar, Shuoqiu brings years of hands-on experience to the firm, including his role as General Counsel for a national restaurant franchise. His practice surrounds crucial legal issues facing small businesses - commercial contract negotiation and dispute resolution, plus employment-based immigration.
Beyond his practice, Shuoqiu is dedicated to shaping the next generation of professionals, serving as a adjunct business law professor for a joint international program with the University of Delaware.
At Gu Legal PLLC, we don't believe in overcomplicating things. Shuoqiu founded this boutique practice to cut through the legal jargon, giving every client honest advice, clear communication, and the direct, personal attention they deserve.
